• Artist must be a paid-up member of the American Color Print Society or the Cheltenham Printmakers’ Guild,

• Artist may submit one, 2-dimensional wall print only, not previously shown at CCA or ACPS.

• Submissions must be gallery ready: no wet or ill-prepared work, must be wired and ready to hang.

• All accepted work must remain at the Center for the duration of the exhibition.

• CCA reserves the right to exclude any artwork that does not meet exhibition standards.

• CCA reserves the right to reproduce the work for purposes of promoting this exhibit and/or CCA.

• A digital image submission of your work (hi-res, 300 dpi, in .jpg format, at least 5 inches on longest side) is required in addition to a brief artist statement and bio prior to the submission of your work. These will be due no later than Friday, January 9, 2026.

• No late entries will be accepted.

• $20 entry fee, payable online via submission form OR by check to Cheltenham Center for the Arts, and mailed to CCA, ATTN: Print Biennial, 439 Ashbourne Road, Cheltenham PA 19012.

• Completed submission form, including artist biography, artist statement, digital image

• Digital image. MUST be at least 300 dpi, in .jpg format, at least 5 inches on longest side.

All work is insured for fire and theft on the premises with a $500.00 deductible. Although we handle all artwork with care, CCA is not responsible for damage to work submitted. A 30% commission will be retained on all sales.
