Artist Statement
I am interested in the persuasion and passion of line and form. While my prints often refer to
the landscape and natural forms, they also move subtly toward the realm of mystery and
timelessness. I am most satisfied with those prints which contain an extra level of content,
that of a pervasive mood. I am working to interest and challenge by changing reality,
infusing the prints with meaning which goes beyond the expected and simplifying what I see.
I encourage and invite the observer to enter, to consider and to make them your own.
